On a Sunday at Keystone it was one of those perfect moments. I started the ski run at the top, deep in the midst of the thick overhead clouds. Visibility was 50’! About a third of the way down I emerged below the cloud deck to find myself alone on the long downhill run. There wasn’t a soul in sight above or below me. It was like I had my own private ski resort — if only for a short while.

Opening weekend panorama at Keystone. Considering it’s Nov 6th, the ski conditions are really good! It was calm, with abundant sunshine, and temperatures were above 50º F (10º C). Keystone Resort, Colorado.
